TERMS OF SALES


1- RESERVATION:

All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total value of your stay. If the reservation is made within 7 days before the date of the stay, we will then ask you for a credit card number accompanied by its date of validity and its cryptogram in order to withdraw the deposit. A security deposit of 400 € will be asked upon your arrival and returned at your departure. The stay will be settled upon your arrival.


2- PRICE:

Our prices are inclusive of all taxes except the tourist tax which is 1.00 € / pers / day.


3- MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:

We accept all changes of dates of stay within the limit of our availabilities.In case of cancellation, you will have to justify it to us by registered mail with AR or by fax. The date of receipt determines the cancellation.
We then retain the following indemnities:

  • Between 30 and 15 days before the date: 75% of the deposit paid
  • Less than 15 days before the date: the full deposit (30%)
  • The same day: o For a stay of 3 days or less the first night.
    o For a stay of 4 days and more 30% of the reservation.

No show: if you do not show up at the scheduled date: 100% of the total stay will be withheld.

In case of premature departure, the equivalent of one night will be charged in addition to the part of the stay already made.
In the case of a half-board booking , the half-board service can not be canceled during your stay.

 


4- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

We welcome you from 15h and 20h30. If you plan to arrive after 20:30, please contact us in advance to guarantee your welcome. Departures are between 7:30 am and 11am.
