1- BOOKING:
All reservation must be made with a 30% deposit. If the reservation is made within7 days before your stay, we will need a credit card number with expiration date and the 3 latest numbers, at the back of the card, near the signature, to take the deposit.

2- PRICE:
All prices are including taxes, exept visitors taxes : 0,99 €/pers/day.

3- MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:
- We accept all modifications of dates of your stay, according to our availabilities.
In case of cancellation, we will need a written justification sent by mail with acknowledgement of delivery or by fax.
The date of reception determining cancellation.
We retain the following allowances then:
- between 30 and 15 days before your arrival : 25% of the deposit.
- between 14 and 8 days before your arrival : 50% of the deposit.
- 7 days or less : 75% of the deposit
- No show : 100% of the deposit.

- In case of interruption of your stay, we will retain one extra night.
- When a room is booked with the Half-Board option, it will not be possible to cancel this option during your stay.

4- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
The handing-over of the keys is carried out starting from 3 p.m. the day of your arrival. The rooms will have to be released and the keys returned before 11:00 am the day of your departure.
